hello did you manufcature the water block yourself? im looking to cool water through tbis method as well for a project but lack this very interesting aluminium piece where the water runs through

I have W204, Y2010. The engine starts well and runs for miles, but the moment I stop the car, the engine can not start immediately. I have to wait for 30 minutes more or less, then the car engine runs again. Some say the steering lock motor plunger not working. Anyone here has the same problem.

All you need to do with this system is remove the 7.5 amp fuse that is forward of the battery. This will take the stop start offline and the battery will continue to be charged. The battery and the terminals are also safetly attached and it is simple to bring the stop start back online by inserting the fuse. I have a 2013 cdi 220 AMG T model and I have had my fuse removed and kept with the spare wheel and jack for 3 years now and hte AUX battery is still charged.

You should't use alu tape because it will conduct temperature to the other coolant side. It is wrong, you decrease perfomance.

Nice short of the battery at 1:24 there, probably fried something doing that anyway. Also, that thin assed coating of electrical tape that you put over the positive terminal could wear out from simple vibrations and then short the positive terminal to the body (aka ground terminal) and cause issues later on... So professional 👀😂✌️

My C250 2012 start stop function was not working and scanner was unable to find the fault. This video helped in identifying 2 battery in the trunk. Replacing the battery helped in solving the issue. Thanks
